This very original Earth House was built 20 years ago with organic, sustainable materials by the well know local architect Jan Allen. The whole concept is a testament to sustainable living.  I found it and bought it last year and give it a complete reform and face lift, and added a pool.   It has its own private access to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Kenya Coast.
